Mallow Art Gallery
Mallow Art Gallery is a company whose mission is to provide art exhibition opportunities to underrepresented artists, with a focus on BIPOC artists. Our goal is to help creatives gain exposure and build out their artistic portfolios with professional experience.
We strive to provide a home for all kinds of art, from traditional to contemporary, and to give our visitors an opportunity to explore different media. With our gallery, we hope to bring people together to create a more vibrant, inclusive, and diverse community.
Mission
Statistics show that only about 6% of artwork displayed in major museums and galleries are from Black artists. A ridiculous but not shocking statistic is that only 1% of artwork purchased from these museums and galleries are work from Black artists. The purpose of Mallow Art Gallery is to provide a space for Black artists to gain exposure and connect with buyers all over the world, thus boosting inclusivity in the art market.
